Our aim is to promote the sport and bringing people together to have fun and stay active. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive community where everyone can feel comfortable and enjoy the game.

The origins of
Ultimate
Hooked on a feeling
Ultimate frisbee was pioneered in the mid-1900s by American college students, including a guy named Joel Silver who went on to produce films like Die Hard and the Matrix. The catching and throwing of a disc provided an unrivalled feeling and one that has since spread across the world.
About the
sport
Everyone's welcome
Ultimate frisbee is a cross between American football and netball - teammates pass the disc up the field against a defending team and score goals in an endzone. It's fun, fast-paced, and welcomes people of all ages, gender, and ability, whether they are complete beginners or experienced veterans.

All you need is a disc
Ultimate frisbee is self-officiated using Spirit rules, emphasising fair play, communication, and positive attitudes while maintaining high competitiveness. This encourages people to think in a modern and inclusive way.
